getgigi.ai operates conversational SMS through Gigi, our AI patient-engagement assistant. There are two programs:
Consent records (including timestamps and full message logs) are retained and auditable.
Message frequency varies with the conversation and the patient's program; volumes are low (typically a few messages per week or fewer). Message and data rates may apply according to your carrier plan.
Reply STOP to any message to end messaging immediately; standard variants (UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, QUIT, END, OPT OUT) are honored the same way. Reply HELP for assistance. Quiet hours are enforced automatically by the platform.
Messages are written to avoid disclosing health information: no medication names, conditions, or program details appear before the recipient engages, and never to an unverified contact. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how personal information is collected, used, and protected.
